## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Meadowhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment, staying focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, high-energy work environment

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

This role involves working through the night, with shifts from 22:00 to 06:00 on Sundays and Mondays. Due to operational requirements, you may be required to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
