**Job Purpose:** As a Food & Beverage Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our hotel's restaurant, bar, and convenience store. Your goal will be to create memorable experiences for our guests while promoting sales and ensuring high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and serve customers

- Manage consumption and control inventory

- Prepare and replenish buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

- Serve food and beverages, including desserts and coffee

- Actively promote menu items and increase sales

- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory

- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and internet)

- Basic English language skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bartending or waitering certification

- Food safety training

- Intermediate English language skills

- Experience with point-of-sale systems

**Work Schedule:**

- 6-day rotation (14:30 - 22:40 or 06:00 - 14:20)
