## Job Overview

As a Sales Associate at Wolt, you will manage the full sales funnel from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team. You will primarily work on the phone, contacting restaurants and retail stores across Slovenia, and will receive training and coaching to grow your skills.

## Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of leads and execute systematic outreach.

- Book and run meetings to acquire new restaurants and retail stores onto Wolt's platform.

- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and collect documentation.

- Ensure seamless handover of signed partners to the merchant onboarding team.

- Support the sales team in improving methodologies and processes.

## Requirements

- Have the charm, empathy, and honesty to build strong relationships.

- Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures.

- Have a proven track record of making sales and closing deals.

- Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through.

- Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Slovenian.

- Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems.

- Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.

- Have 2+ years in partner operations or customer support and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, owning end-to-end workflows with on-time delivery.

- Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating smartly when they exceed scope.
