## Description

The Style Team Leader role at Target involves leading a team of consultants to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth.

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $25.00 - $27.00, with a full pay range of $25.00 - $42.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience

- Ensure every team member understands and consistently delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and operations

- Provide feedback and hold team members accountable for great guest experience moments

- Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities and improve

- Lead a team of consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate about Apparel & Accessories

- Demonstrate a safety culture and model safe behaviours

- Lead the apparel backroom process, including sort, backroom organisation, and replenishment of the salesfloor

- Plan and validate floorpad sets and ensure visual merchandising guides are set accurately

- Establish routines to ensure fitting rooms are welcoming, clean, and safe

- Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices

- Model the execution of physical security processes

- Support merchandise protection strategies

- Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches

- Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty responsibilities

- Address all store emergency and compliance needs

- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older

- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required

- Ability to lead and hold others accountable

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks independently

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

- Effective communication skills

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
