## Description

ICON is seeking a Medical Monitor to provide medical leadership and strategic direction to clinical development programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials, ensuring that study protocols are scientifically sound and aligned with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborating with clinical operations, regulatory, and safety teams to drive the successful execution of clinical development programs.

- Developing and reviewing clinical study protocols, investigator brochures, and other key study documents.

- Interpreting clinical trial data and providing medical insights to inform decision-making and guide clinical development strategies.

- Building relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and external stakeholders to support clinical development initiatives.

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD) or equivalent qualification.

- Extensive experience in clinical research and development, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on interpreting clinical data and driving evidence-based decisions.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.

- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
