## Description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Udal Garth in Torpoint, Cornwall. Udal Garth provides residential support for eight autistic males and females. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated and compassionate team working together to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Your role will involve assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, and ensuring our spaces are well looked after. Your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

## Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and other care needs

- Assist with day-to-day operations and activities

- Build strong relationships with the individuals and provide emotional support

- Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment

- Work flexibly and think innovatively to meet the needs of the individuals

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Experience in care or support work (desirable, but not essential – training provided)
