## Description

At Soho House Nashville, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests as a Server. You will discuss and educate them on menu items, allergies, and present an approachable and elevated experience following Soho House Service Standards.

Main Duties:

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management

- Positively influence members and guests' experience by elevating the dining experience with food and drink pairing options

- Maintain communication and advise Management and Executive Chef on any allergies or potential red flags

- Complete all check out reports at the end of each shift

- Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures

- Ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly before serving

- Assist runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets

- Clean and stock server alley and bar area

- Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity

- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm under pressure

- Hospitable, approachable, and passionate about customer service

- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, and autonomously
