## Description

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager, Corporate Sales to join our team at Jobstreet by SEEK in Kuala Lumpur.

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing corporate accounts, analysing customer needs, and proposing effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing sales strategies to grow existing revenue and upsell other JobStreet.com services

- Designing and implementing account plans to build deeper relationships and grow sales

- Conducting sales presentations, account reviews, and providing total consultancy to hirers on all products and service offerings

- Identifying target accounts and hirers' needs, proposing solutions, and devising strategies to overcome competitive obstacles

- Supporting company new product rollout/adoptions by proactively engaging, communicating, and implementing the rollout/adoption to all hirers

- Ensuring customer's success and return on investment to drive business retention and expansion

- Working with relevant stakeholders across departments to develop action plans or customer programs whenever required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales and key account management

- Proven track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts

- Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision makers

- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data and to independently read and write reports on MS Excel

- Strong presentation skills that appeal to audiences emotionally
