## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex high-voltage transmission line construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will advise clients on project organisation and management, ensure technical project management, coordinate material logistics, and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Client consulting for complex transmission line construction projects

- Technical project management (scheduling, costs, quality, resources, documentation)

- Coordination of material logistics for transmission line construction

- Interface and stakeholder management with adjacent departments

- Support for preparation of operations and system control

- Control and supervision of contractors in transmission line construction

- Development and testing of processes in transmission line construction

- Coordination and leadership of project teams

- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

- Participation in industry conferences and networking events

Requirements:

- Relevant degree with excellent academic record

- Several years of relevant experience in consulting, project engineering, or energy/environmental industry

- Experience in high-voltage transmission line construction projects

- Practical experience in project management in the energy sector

- Ability to advise clients in all phases of project planning and execution

- Certification in project management is a plus

- Team leadership experience

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills

- Structured, professional, and customer-oriented work style

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Fluency in German and English
