## Description

Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference in the lives of children with autism? Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking individuals to join our team as a Youth Aid, providing essential skills and support to help these children thrive.

As a Youth Aid, you will work in-home or in a center-based setting, implementing individualized treatment plans and programs designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments

- Implementing individualized treatment plans and programs

- Collecting data and submitting session notes

- Collaborating with peers and supervisors

- Participating in regular staff meetings and trainings

- Commuting to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
