## Description

We are seeking a Manager/Product Owner eCommerce Platform to lead the international rollouts of our eCommerce platform based on SAP Commerce Cloud.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate international rollouts of the eCommerce platform, from conception to implementation and handover to operational business

- Plan and manage further developments in an established, internationally rolled-out solution environment with a focus on business value, stability, scalability, and sustainable process anchoring

- Gather, analyse, structure, and prioritise technical requirements and develop suitable measures for continuous optimisation of the solution

- Provide consulting, support, and guidance to local departments, particularly sales, customer service, marketing, and product management, in using and developing the eCommerce platform

- Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external service providers to translate business requirements into viable solution approaches

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all technical issues, coordination, prioritisation processes, and decision-making regarding the eCommerce platform

Requirements:

- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification

- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Consultant, or in a comparable role in eCommerce, digital sales solutions, or customer experience, ideally in a complex, international B2B environment

- Experience in analysing, prioritising, and implementing requirements in the order-to-cash environment and collaborating closely with international departments and IT teams

- Proven track record of managing international eCommerce projects and technical rollouts using agile and classic project management methods

- High IT understanding, secure handling of Jira and Confluence, and ideally experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or comparable eCommerce platforms

- Outstanding stakeholder management skills to successfully bring together different interests in an international environment

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills paired with flexible and pragmatic working methods to develop and implement viable solutions in complex coordination processes

- Very good knowledge of German and English language in writing and speaking, and certain international travel willingness
