## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships to help lead Capital One's partner strategy. The ideal candidate will influence Capital One's business development strategy for co-brand and other partnerships, and lead the translation of that strategy into successful identification, recruitment, and retention of partners.

**Responsibilities:**

- Performing marketplace and industry analyses with the goal of identifying and evaluating opportunities

- Building and fostering relationships with current and prospective target businesses and partners

- Working cross-functionally across Capital One to engage partners, including:

- Driving research and insights

- Developing strategies that support partnership sustainability, value creation, and consumer value propositions

- Executing partner engagements, including presentations and negotiations

- Developing senior leadership and key stakeholder buy-in

**Requirements:**

- Demonstrated success with project management, including ability to handle multiple concurrent projects

- Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and oral

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of analytical rigor and attention to detail

- Interest or experience with the banking or payments industries

- Business analysis and research expertise

- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills

- Team player with a positive attitude

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of experience in credit card strategic partnerships, business analysis, or a combination

- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or a combination

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 4+ years experience in credit card strategic partnerships, business analysis, or a combination

- 4+ years experience in leading cross-functional projects

**Salary:** $164,800 - $188,100 per year
