## Description

We are seeking Workday Integration Engineers to develop highly-resilient objects to support core Finance technology at Capital One.

As a Workday Integration Engineer 4 (Finance), you will play an integral part in advancing Capital One's Finance Technology ecosystem and culture of technical excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

- Understand and translate business priorities while integrating HR value proposition and strategies

- Deliver solutions in Workday platform across Finance modules

- Communicate effectively across teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide innovative ideas

- Design and develop complex integrations within the Workday platform

- Lead a team of integrators and configurators to support Workday Finance modules

- Work with product owners to align on priorities and deliver on key objectives using Agile methodologies

- Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests, and conduct code reviews

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 6 years of Workday platform experience

- At least 4 years of experience with Workday integrations or functional configuration tasks

- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 7+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration across Workday Finance modules

- Experience working in an agile delivery environment

- Workday or Workday Pro certifications

- 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting

- 1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB's)

- Cambridge, MA: $164,800 - $188,100 per year

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 per year

- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 per year

- Plano, TX: $149,800 - $171,000 per year

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 per year

- San Francisco, CA: $179,700 - $205,100 per year
