## Description

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team in Amsterdam. You will shape our corporate narrative, lead global media engagement, own major announcements, advise our leadership, and partner closely with Internal Communications and Investor Relations.

Responsibilities:

- Shape our corporate narrative and translate our strategy into a clear, compelling story for journalists, investors, and customers.

- Lead global media engagement and build relationships with business, financial, and technology journalists across markets.

- Own major announcements and lead communications for financial results, executive appointments, and other business milestones.

- Advise our leadership and bring a clear point of view to shape how our Board and executives are positioned externally.

- Look around corners and spot reputational risks early, understanding how they play out across markets.

- Partner closely with Internal Communications and Investor Relations to align external and employee communications.

- Make the team stronger by sharing knowledge, giving and seeking direct feedback, and supporting colleagues beyond your own responsibilities.

Requirements:

- An experienced communications professional with 10+ years in corporate communications, PR, or journalism.

- International experience and comfort collaborating with colleagues across markets and cultures.

- Someone who takes ownership and turns broad business priorities into action.

- A team player who puts the best outcome for the business ahead of individual credit.

- A credible adviser with sound judgment and honest advice.

- A clear thinker and storyteller who gets to the heart of complex topics.

- Experienced in media relations and comfortable with financial communications.

- Decisive when things are unclear and able to stay calm under pressure.

- An excellent writer who stays close to the work and is native English.
