## Description

At Keywords Studios, we're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specialised in selling Audio Development Services to join our Global Business Development team. As a key member, you'll report to the Head of Business Development - Media & Entertainment and focus on building and growing relationships with assigned clients, specifically selling Audio Development Services (VO, Sound, Music, Implementation) to Video Games clients.

Responsibilities:

- Identify new prospective clients for Keywords' Audio Dev division

- Develop and execute sales development strategies

- Qualify leads and manage opportunities with Audio Dev teams

- Provide customer support and manage client expectations

- Attend trade conferences and provide on-stand support

- Follow the company's sales methodology and produce related reports

- Support account management where required

Requirements:

- 5+ years' experience in audio services for the video games industry

- Degree or Masters in audio, business, marketing, sales or related field

- Strong understanding of industry market trends, competitor activities and customer direction

- High attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure

- Superb written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to travel as required

- Self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment

- Comfortable working at senior executive contact levels

- Proven experience in generating new business sales for audio dev services

- Networking and relationship-building skills

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
