## Description

At Samsara, our People Partners contribute to organizational strategy and meaningfully impact business outcomes. We are looking for a Senior People Partner to support key segments across our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales teams.

As a Senior People Partner, you will act as a Strategic Thought Partner, establishing yourself as an indispensable, embedded partner to sales and GTM leaders by aligning talent priorities directly with business outcomes. You will drive creative problem-solving, execute core talent programs, collaborate across the People Function, champion Samsara's culture, and connect with the team in person.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of People Partnering

- Experience partnering with go-to-market teams (sales, CS or similar), or broader People experience (programs, talent, etc.) alongside business partnering

- Learning oriented with demonstrated experience leveraging AI to automate routine tasks

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, iterative environment, open to changes in focus and direction

- Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving acumen

- Experience using data to identify insights and influence leadership decision-making

- Effective communication, consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
