## Description

Weir End House in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, is seeking a part-time Gardener to join their team. The successful candidate will work 28 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained outdoor environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in gardening and grounds maintenance. As a Gardener at Weir End House, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining gardens and grounds, including weeding, pruning, planting, lawn care, and general upkeep

- Carrying out general maintenance tasks, focusing on the exterior of the building and outdoor areas

- Identifying opportunities to improve the gardens and grounds, using your initiative to bring ideas to life

- Liaising with contractors and supporting planned maintenance to ensure the grounds remain safe, attractive, and well maintained
