## Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Evernorth Workplace Care team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary care treatment in a workplace-based setting, including episodic care, extended episodic acute care, chronic condition education, and health coaching.

Responsibilities:

- Provide primary care treatment in a workplace-based setting

- Offer episodic care for low-acuity urgent care needs

- Deliver extended episodic acute care for illnesses or injuries with limited chronicity

- Educate and co-manage chronic conditions with outside primary care providers

- Oversee and perform CLIA-waived tests, dispense prescription medications, and manage a specimen collection lab

- Collaborate with onsite employees to provide biometric screenings and health education

- Provide direct health coaching to employees and refer them to wellness programs

- Partner with local HR and benefits teams to improve employee health

- Work closely with healthcare team members, including MAs and LPNs

Requirements:

- Graduate of a certified NP program

- Active and unrestricted NP license in the respective state

- Minimum of 2 years of NP experience in an internal medicine or family practice setting

- Ability to practice independently in the respective state

- DEA licensure and prescriptive authority

- Strong primary care experience, including women's health

- Chronic disease management experience is preferred

- Electronic Health Record experience, with EPIC being a plus

- BLS certification

- Phlebotomy experience is a plus

Non-Clinical Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Passionate about overall health and wellness

- High energy and strong customer-centric focus

- Ability to work clinic hours

- Solid attendance record

- Strong time management skills

- Additional language skills, such as Spanish, are a plus

- Supervisory experience is preferred

Schedule:

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 11am-5pm

- Thursday, Friday: 8am-2pm

Salary: $106,300 - $177,100 per year
