HP's InternStellar Program in Bulgaria offers a real taste of the most iconic tech company worldwide. As a Managed Services Intern, you will play a role in business strategy, analysis, and operations. You will go through an onboarding phase and two game levels:

- Onboarding phase: Learn about the business, our strategies, and get to know our people.

- Level 1 (6 months): Work on an individual project and gain hands-on experience.

- Level 2 (Month 7-12): Showcase your skills and potentially extend your contract.

As a Managed Services Intern, you will:

- Provide support to CDMs in handling change requests and addressing customer queries.

- Assist CDMs in daily operations management.

- Facilitate CDMs in preparing operational account reviews.

- Manage day-to-day operational tasks and follow-up the successful completion.

- Participate in projects working on process reviews and process documentation under the supervision of the assigned mentor.

To be eligible, you need to be a current regular university student. Our #SuperInterns usually are:
