## Description

We are seeking a Hospitality Team Lead to join our dedicated team at Spire Elland Hospital on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Hospitality Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services, working closely with clinical staff to understand the special needs of the hospital.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a team of Host and Catering Assistants

- Maintain equipment, report faults and supply shortages to the line manager

- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work regulations, including COSHH

- Work with guidance on moving and handling

- Maintain quality assurance and patient confidentiality

- Deliver meals and beverages to patients' rooms using your previous waitressing experience

- Respond to ad-hoc requests from patients

- Assist the catering and housekeeping teams with day-to-day duties

Requirements:

- Customer service-focused approach

- Leadership experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in hospitality

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Willingness to complete mandatory training for COSHH, Manual Handling, Infection Control, and Health & Safety
