- Represent the bank to clients and in the market

- Foster growth, acquire new clients, maintain existing relationships, and further develop them

- Conduct regular strategic discussions and provide individual, holistic advice tailored to client needs, including investment, provision, and succession planning

- Achieve sustainable results through structured advice and collaborate closely with expert teams for complex requirements

- Utilize AI and its potential in sales to boost productivity, optimize processes, and solve business challenges while acting responsibly and ensuring data security

**Your Profile**

- Completed banking training, ideally supplemented by studies or further education

- Proven success in client acquisition and holistic exploitation of client potential

- Several years of experience in consulting and sales in the financial services sector

- Expertise in investments and in-depth knowledge of MiFiD-compliant advisory and product spectrum

- Excellent communication skills, high client and team orientation, confident demeanor, and self-motivation
