As a Senior Associate, Data Science, you'll join the Credit Risk Management, Loss Forecasting and Allowance team, focusing on loss forecasting modernization and data transformation. You'll partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify and quantify risks associated with models, leveraging technologies like Python, Conda, AWS, and Spark.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and quantify model risks

- Leverage a broad stack of technologies to reveal insights hidden within data

- Build statistical/machine learning models to challenge champion models

- Contribute to model governance of next-generation machine learning models

- Present model risks to executives

The ideal candidate is innovative, creative, technical, statistically-minded, and a data guru. They'll have experience with open-source languages, cloud computing platforms, and a wide array of statistical methods.

- Richmond, VA: $123,300 - $140,700
