Join Razer, a global organisation on a mission to revolutionize gaming. You will play a critical role in driving game publishing operations by analyzing market trends, identifying high-potential games, and crafting strategies to source and evaluate game deals.

**Job Responsibilities:**

This position requires a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, analytical skills, and collaboration with internal teams to align market insights with company goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **BI Systems & Data Strategy**

- Design and implement a centralized Business Intelligence system, collaborating with Data Engineers to capture KPIs across game performance, user acquisition, and monetization.

- Build, maintain, and optimize automated Power BI dashboards for real-time portfolio health visibility.

- Define data schemas with the technical team to ensure 'one version of the truth' across reports.

- **Game Evaluation & Deal Assessment**

- Evaluate game proposals based on market fit, scalability, monetization potential, and alignment with company objectives.

- Assess deal feasibility and ROI with operations and finance teams.

- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to leadership on which games to pursue.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**

- Work with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure sourced games align with promotional capabilities and technical requirements.

- Share insights and updates with the broader team to foster a data-driven approach.

**Pre-Requisites:**

- Hardcore gamer with experience playing various mobile genres.

- 3-5+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, preferably in market analysis or game publishing.

- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Deep knowledge of mobile game trends, genres, and monetization models.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with the Vietnamese gaming market is a plus.

- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.

- Familiarity with mobile game analytics platforms such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, Firebase, and MMP like Adjust or Appsflyer.

- Proficiency in English.
