## Description

We are seeking a Head of Retail Sales - UK to lead the UK sales team and deliver the overall UK sales performance and strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Delivering the annual strategy and identifying risks and opportunities ahead of time

- Driving entrepreneurial solutions and managing costs according to business trends

- Leading a high-performing regional sales management team

- Ensuring that all stores have market-leading presentation standards

- Supporting in managing stock levels alongside the commercial team

- Working closely with global teams to constantly improve and evolve retail practices and tools

The ideal candidate will have:

- A proven track record in a Head of Retail or comparable role

- Experience of a fast-paced, high-volume business

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- Strong people focus and team spirit
