Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods in December.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
