## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Truro Lemon Quay. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Hours of Work:**

- Tuesday: 13:00-17:00

- Wednesday: 13:00-17:00

- Thursday: 13:00-17:00

- Saturday: 10:00-14:00

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
