## Description

We are seeking a Workday Success Plans Delivery Professional to join our team. As a trusted Workday advisor, you will work directly with customers to help them maximise the value they get from their Workday products.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts

- Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks

- Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements

- Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers

- Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars)

- Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)

- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)

- Complete and maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with Workday roadmap

- Keep up to date with industry practices and engage with customers on those topics

- Help drive the creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption

**Requirements**

- 2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations

- 5 years of IT implementation experience

- 3+ years of software consulting experience

- Strong understanding of Workday Security and Business Processes

- Experience with HR Concepts such as Supervisory Organizations, Position Changes, Headcount Forecasting

- Experience in headcount modeling and analysis

- Implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning

- Proficiency in creating and managing financial models within the platform

- Ability to develop complex reports and dashboards using Adaptive Planning

- Experience with data integration between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM and/or other HCM systems

- Proficiency in managing data imports, exports, and data validation

**Nice to Have**

- 1+ years experience in Adaptive Integrations with external systems

- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification

- Ability to troubleshoot Adaptive Integrations to external systems

- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released

- Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for customers

- Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously

- Strong critical thinking skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
