## Description

We're seeking a Distributor Partner Manager to join our Sales team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. As a Distributor Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, developing key accounts, and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Information Management: Develop goals and manage results for On Premise indicators, including volume and execution

- Budget Management: Manage department budgets, including planning and monitoring partial results

- DP and Key Account Development: Participate in On Premise development and Key Account new client acquisition

- Global Reports: Lead reporting processes for Latam and Global teams

- Regional Influence: Orient regional teams, lead deliveries, and ensure information quality

**Requirements:**

- Field experience in consumer goods companies working with distributors/indirect channels

- Hands-on profile with planning, attention to detail, systemic vision, sense of urgency, ability to scale and take risks, logical thinking, leadership, criticality, and dynamism

- Office Package domain, especially Excel and Power Point

- Advanced English
