## Description

We are seeking a Lead Design and Analysis Engineer (Electrical Systems Design) to join our MQ-25 Electrical and Equipment Installation team in Berkeley, MO. As part of this role, you will be working on the MQ-25 Stingray, a new autonomous, unmanned carrier-based refuelling air vehicle. You will be responsible for leading the power architecture and design aspects of the programme.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems design and analysis, with experience in leading teams and working with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements. You will be expected to analyse and translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements

- Lead and coordinate work to analyse and translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications

- Lead work to test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements

- Research technology advances for potential application to company business needs

- Make recommendations for technology investments

This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and 14+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor's degree or 12+ years of work-related experience with a master's or 9+ years of work-related experience with a PhD.
