## What you'll do

You'll be responsible for all HR core processes that are important in the working life of our employees. Your focus will be on steering and digitalizing HR processes, as well as on the care of our student target group, including interns.

- Sämtliche HR-Kernprozesse, die im Arbeitsleben der Mitarbeitenden wichtig sind

- Steuerung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen

- Betreuung unserer studentischen Zielgruppe, u.a. Praktikanten

- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen, wie dem Recruiting, Arbeitsrecht, Entgeltabrechnung

## What you need

- Ein Studienplatz für BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -psychologie, -informatik, -pädagogik, Digital Business Management oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (mindestens im 3. Semester oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master)

- Ein Talent zur Selbststrukturierung

- Großes Interesse an Menschen sowie eine Dienstleistungsorientierung

- Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2)
