## Description

At Morgan & Morgan, we're seeking a Document Review Attorney to assist with E-Discovery and document review on mass tort and class action cases. This is a remote opportunity.

As a Document Review Attorney, you will perform substantive document review on hosted platforms such as Relativity and DISCO. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege

- Assisting with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege

- Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned

To qualify, you must have:

- A law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active membership in good standing with the South Dakota State Bar Association

- Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience

- Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience preferred
