## Description

At Varjo, we create mixed reality hardware and software for training & simulation purposes in the defense and aerospace sector. Our headsets are used to train astronauts and fighter jet pilots, design cars, and conduct pioneering medical research in virtual environments.

We are looking for an Unreal Engine Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for:

- Developing Unreal Engine-based training simulation applications for Varjo XR headsets

- Integrating XR and simulator hardware with Unreal Engine

- Helping customers and partners use Unreal Engine with Varjo XR technology

- Implementing test-driven development

The ideal candidate will have:

- Multiple years of experience working with Unreal Engine and C++

- Experience creating multiplayer applications

- Experience setting up 3D content pipelines (e.g., Maya, Blender)

- Experience working with graphics APIs

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in VR or XR

- Experience with other game engines such as Unity

- Experience with OpenXR
