## Description

We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Private-Equity team in Frankfurt as Referendare (m/w/d) from January 2027.

Our Private-Equity practice advises on large and mid-cap investments across the entire value chain, from acquisition to exit. We work with leading private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and infrastructure funds on complex international transactions.

**Your tasks:**

- Work on national and international private equity transactions in the large and mid-cap sectors

- Support on corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers, and transactions in regulated markets

- Contribute to portfolio and buy-out transactions throughout the investment cycle

- Assist with corporate restructuring and development of group and participation structures

- Provide input on strategic decisions and corporate governance issues
