## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Development Director - Quality Verification to lead the Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team in Shanghai, China.

The QVS team plays a critical role in delivering actionable insights to support game teams in optimizing software performance and elevating gameplay.

**Responsibilities**

- Leadership & Project Management:

+ Build and develop teams, identify resourcing needs, and provide coaching and development opportunities.   + Establish and maintain QV project plans, manage resource capacity, and mitigate risks.   + Drive effective Agile workflows and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Quality Strategy & Player Experience:

+ Contribute to and drive the quality strategy for FC Mobile, championing a "Player First" mindset.   + Analyze and synthesize data to develop defect prevention and containment strategies.

- Mobile Game Test Automation:

+ Define, architect, and lead the implementation of a scalable mobile test automation framework.   + Drive the integration of automated testing solutions into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

- AI Transformation & AI Agents:

+ Lead the adoption of AI technologies within QV, identifying, evaluating, and integrating AI-driven solutions.   + Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered testing agents capable of automated gameplay testing.

**Qualifications**

- 5+ years of project management experience across software or game production lifecycles.

- 5+ years of experience leading teams and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

- Good written and verbal English communication skills.

- Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling test automation frameworks for mobile applications or games.

- Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and demonstrated success driving technology strategies.
