## Description

As a Brand Expert at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will act as the ultimate ambassador for the brand, leading and engaging retailer teams and managers with the unique Charlotte Tilbury vision.

You will be responsible for achieving sales and KPI targets, coaching retailer teams to sell Charlotte Tilbury products, and creating a long-lasting relationship with teams.

Your main objectives will be:

- Achieve sales and KPI targets as set by your Manager

- Coach retailer’s teams to sell Charlotte Tilbury products to achieve weekly sales and KPI targets

- Own and facilitate mini events and pre-booked services in-store to promote the Charlotte Tilbury experience and magic service whilst delivering sales

- Drive brand awareness and consideration by converting walk-in customers to services, always delivering Charlotte’s magic service

- Utilise platforms provided by retailer to educate and engage teams with digital and video content

- Support visual merchandising, products layout, VM standards, testers, stock, and feedback to your line manager

You will also be responsible for commercial accountabilities, such as ensuring the best customer experience is being delivered, building brand awareness, and devising and delivering a compelling eventing plan.
