## Description

We are seeking a Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, Stores Finance to oversee the end-to-end financial performance for a region of 500+ stores.

As a Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, Stores Finance, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing support to the Regional Senior Vice President and multiple Vice President level business partners, helping to guide stores through an evolving and dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating and owning monthly sales forecasts and hourly payroll plans for the region, ensuring operational, financial and team objectives are strategically balanced.

- Building strong relationships with senior stores leaders to understand and assess operational wins and opportunities and share and drive key financial outcomes.

- Identifying areas for productivity and process improvement through analysis and modeling, leading with your point of view and bringing to life through partnerships with stores leaders and cross functional partners.

- Supporting designing, testing and implementing optimal regional strategies that can be scaled chain-wide.

- Functioning as a stakeholder on cross-functional project teams to deliver key strategic initiatives.

- Forming strong partnerships within the Stores Finance team, Labor Engineering, Store Operations, and HR.

Requirements:

- 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (6 or more years) in Finance and/or Operations.

- 1 - 5 years of experience in a finance/operational environment; retail or supply chain experience preferred.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, time management and organizational skills.

- Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results.

- Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. Experienced in working across departments/business units and driving results through collaboration.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively.

- Experience with complex data sets, connecting data & reporting needs to technical solutions.

Work arrangement: Hybrid/Flex for Your Day, with core role performed onsite at Target HQ MN location (Tues, Wed, & Thurs) and virtually on other days.
