## Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive to manage our warehouse operations.

**About the Role:** As a Senior Executive - Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and reverse logistics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and reverse logistics

- Conduct stock audits and reduce shrink

- Manage manpower and drive process improvements on the ground

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive overall operations

- Plan and manage reverse logistics

- Identify root causes of inventory deviations through cause-and-effect analysis

- Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency

- Implement FEFO and FIFO management

- Coordinate with Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement

**Requirements:**

- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations

- Experience in F&V operations is an added advantage

- Knowledge of Google Sheets is a must

- Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven work environment

- Open to working in shifts (day and night)
