## Description

Lead a thriving dental practice at Oakmead Chislehurst, a five-surgery practice with a strong private patient base and a well-established team. As Clinic Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running and continued success of the practice. You'll build on the excellent work already achieved, supporting your team, maintaining strong operational and financial performance, and identifying opportunities to grow the business further.

The practice has 11 clinicians, three hygienists, and a dedicated support team, and has developed a strong clinical offering, including a growing specialist base. You'll have the autonomy to make a difference, the support to develop your career, and the chance to join a practice where people genuinely enjoy working together.

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing cost control and ensuring the practice continues to operate effectively

- Supporting the team to deliver exceptional patient care

- Identifying opportunities for sustainable growth

- Developing local marketing and community events

- Maintaining strong relationships with schools and the local community
