## Description

We are seeking a Lead Partner Development Manager to oversee relationships with top strategic partners such as Google, Apple, and Amazon. This role sits at the intersection of Partners, Product, R&D, Data, and GTM, focusing on creating mutually beneficial results for AppsFlyer and its partners.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner initiatives, engaging with various stakeholders from working level to executives.

- Manage and scale existing partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities.

- Evaluate and prioritize inbound partner requests against the AppsFlyer roadmap.

- Develop business cases for AppsFlyer and customer needs to influence partners.

- Translate partner updates into product decisions and customer communications.

- Identify and mitigate partnership risks, defining data-sharing guardrails.

- Streamline partner processes and apply automation and AI tooling.

- Define and track KPIs for adoption, revenue impact, and integration quality.

- Collaborate with GTM teams on joint launches and campaigns.

- Train internal and partner teams on integrations and best practices.

- Analyze data to validate hypotheses and lead business reviews.

- Present insights on AppsFlyer features and partner ecosystem trends.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in ad tech or a related industry.

- Proven success in building business partnerships with measurable results.

- Technical understanding and direct interaction with Product teams.

- In-depth knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem.

- Experience with global enterprise companies and partner stakeholders.

- Comfort with data analysis using SQL.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
