## Description

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Specialist to join our team in Greece. As a Distribution Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the strategy of our Drinks and Wellness (D&W) business with partners.

**Responsibilities:**

- Translate D&W strategy into clear partner actions and drive execution against agreed priorities

- Build strong relationships with D&W partners and develop a deep understanding of local markets

- Identify growth opportunities at the customer level and strengthen partner execution and capabilities

- Connect sell-in, sell-out, stock, and execution data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps

- Turn insights into clear commercial actions to improve distribution, availability, and execution

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including On Premise, Off Premise, and Field Sales, to align priorities and share insights

- Support partner meetings and key events

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in FMCG, sales, or commercial roles

- Experience working with distributors (D&W) is an advantage

- Strong understanding of FMCG and commercial principles

- Analytical and commercial capabilities, with comfort working with sell-in, sell-out, and depletion data

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong organisational skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Very good English language skills

- Driver's license
