Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service to customers

- Recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

Working hours:

- Week 1: Sun 8pm - 4am, Thu 10pm - 4am, Fri 10pm - 4am, Sat 10pm - 4am

- Week 2: Sun 8pm - 4am, Mon 10pm - 4am, Tue 10pm - 4am, Thu 10pm -4am

Note: This is a Christmas-only role, and successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
