We are seeking a high-performing In-Home Sales Advisor to help homeowners solve drain and sewer issues through permanent pipe rehabilitation solutions including epoxy coating and CIPP lining.

## Responsibilities

- Meet customers in-home following technician diagnosis

- Review camera footage and explain pipe conditions

- Present Good / Better / Best solutions

- Close same-day sales whenever possible

- Close & Convert Opportunities

- Build trust and urgency using visuals

- Offer financing options

- Maintain high close rates on provided leads

- Work with drain technicians for smooth handoffs

- Communicate job scope with installation teams

- Enter estimates and notes in ServiceTitan

- Follow up on open estimates

## Requirements

- In-home sales experience preferred
