## Description

We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance and Safety Data Management Specialist to join our team in Tokyo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and assessing safety information related to Pfizer's marketed and investigational products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collecting and evaluating adverse event information

- Entering and managing data in the Global Safety Database

- Ensuring compliance with Japanese, US, and European laws and regulations

- Contributing to internal audits and regulatory inspections

- Responding to regulatory queries regarding individual case safety reports

- Participating in projects related to global safety processes

Requirements:

- Medical qualification (e.g. Registered Pharmacist) or Science background

- Fluent Japanese language capability

- PC skills

- Experience in pharmacovigilance and/or safety data management (preferred)

- Medical writing experience and skills (preferred)

- Experience with safety databases (preferred)

- English verbal communication and writing skills (TOEIC score 600+)
