## Description

We are seeking a Barman/Maid to join our team at the 3-star Ibis Granville Port de Plaisance hotel, located in the heart of the Norman seaside resort of Granville.

As a Barman/Maid, you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming, advising, and serving customers at the bar and terrace

- Preparing drinks, cocktails, and other beverages while respecting recipes and quality standards

- Setting up, replenishing, and maintaining the bar area

- Ensuring your workstation is clean and adhering to hygiene standards

- Collaborating closely with the dining room and kitchen teams

- Providing rapid, efficient, and warm service, even during peak periods

You will have:

- A first successful experience as a bartender and/or in the dining room

- Good mastery of cocktails and preparation techniques

- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high-quality experience

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high standards during busy periods

- Flexibility to work in the restaurant if needed
