## Description

We are seeking a part-time Cleaning Operative to provide on-site cleaning support for our client in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of service and a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the correct cleaning methods are used at all times

- Keep equipment clean and in good working order, reporting any defects to Supervisor/Manager immediately

- Comply with Time & Attendance system on site

- Maintain a professional approach to Clients, Colleagues, and Members of the Public

- Be flexible in your work and complete assigned duties

- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times

Personal Development:

- Attend training programmes as requested

- Take on new skills to enhance the company's profile and service offering

Personal Impact:

- Wear full uniform and ID badges at all times

- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance

- Arrive on time for your shift

Quality Management and Health and Safety:

- Comply with and promote Health & Safety at work

- Wear PPE where applicable

- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses to Line Manager immediately

Other:

- Support the growth of the business by up-selling and cross-selling to customers

- Support customer initiatives that could lead to longer-term benefits

- Perform ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by ABM Management

Requirements:

- Willing to work flexible hours

- Ability to work under pressure

- Ability to pass security requirements/vetting

- Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK

- Good written and spoken English

Desired Qualifications:

- School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English

- Full clean driving licence

Desired Experience:

- Experience within the relevant industry or a similar environment

- Time spent in a customer service environment

- Experience working within a results-orientated environment
