## Description

We're seeking a strategic operator and powerful storyteller to join our Risk PMO team. As a Program Manager, you will lead complex global programs, create structured approaches to user feedback and insights, and design and launch projects that lead to step-change improvements in our operational processes and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading complex global programs from initial scoping to design and execution

- Creating structured approaches to user feedback and insights to improve our programs and user experience

- Designing and launching projects that lead to step-change improvements in our operational processes and business outcomes

- Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to scope and execute large projects

- Building relationships with progressively more senior stakeholders

We're looking for someone with significant experience in program management, strategy & operations, or go-to-market strategy, who is a self-starter, works independently and autonomously to drive outcomes for projects, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
