## Description

We are seeking a talented intern to support the development of automation and technology initiatives aimed at streamlining business processes and improving efficiency within our Order Management Team.

Duration: January to May/June 2027 Allowance: Competitive allowance dependent on education background Location: Tukang, Singapore

As an intern, you will:

- Support the development of IT solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency

- Assist with daily operations, including cash management and billing plan tracking

- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures in shared folders, and contribute to process improvements as needed

- Compile various reports (e.g., sales reports, inventory reports)

- Provide ad hoc support to the Order Management Team as required

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be a polytechnic diploma or university student pursuing Engineering

- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude

- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Be motivated, organised, and detail-oriented

- Be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office
