## Description

We're seeking a Lead Operations Certification & Support Consultant to join our team in Farnborough. As part of Discover, part of Capital One, you'll be responsible for accurate execution of billing, collection, and receivables tracking for all Diner's Club Franchises, as well as various cash management, research, and support functions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Performs billing and collecting various revenue items.

- Reviews new and existing contracts, pricing schedules, and foreign tax authority requirements to implement appropriate billing parameters.

- Assists in developing, testing, implementing, and completing various DCI fee billing.

- Performs cash management activities such as posting cash receipts, preparing cash reports, and wire requests.

- Supports DCI franchises, business, management, audit, and other cross-functional areas to understand, research, and resolve issues.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in Financial Services, Consulting, or Analytics.

- Cross-functional knowledge of the Payment Network Industry focusing on billing.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and management.
