## Description

As a Loss Prevention Officer at NEXT, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure working and shopping environment across our Tottenham and Ilford stores.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring our stores feel safe and secure for employees and customers

- Building strong relationships with store teams and local police

- Identifying high-risk areas and acting as a deterrent on the shop floor

- Engaging with store management to adhere to company loss prevention standards

- Performing additional duties such as out-of-hours surveillance and LP auditing

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Previous security experience in a retail environment (preferred)

- Flexibility to work across different stores and opening times

- Ability to travel to cover a cluster of stores

- Commitment to keeping store teams and customers safe

- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with various stakeholders

- Full flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings
