## Description

We are seeking a student intern to join our Solutions Asia Customer Care Center team. The team supports customers and service partners in resolving engine-related issues, working to ensure quick engine recovery and minimise equipment downtime.

**Responsibilities:**

- Contributing to the development of data analytics capabilities by identifying recurring engine issues and recommending proactive solutions to improve engine availability.

- Monitoring engine health using RRPS digital service platform – mtuGo, track newly commissioned engine and connectivity status.

- Assisting in the creation automation and execute scripts to streamline the warranty claim process.

- Supporting daily operations, including monitoring Customer Care Center (CCC) ticket progress, analysing customer satisfaction survey results in the SAP Cloud for Service (C4S) system, and tracking connected assets.

- Supporting warranty claims from service partners.

**Requirements:**

- Students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn.

- Confident and effective communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Experience with automation tools such as Python or Power BI is a plus.

- Must be able to work on-site at the Tukang (Jurong) office.
